Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani

Chairperson of the Qatar Museums Authority Board of Trustees

H.E. Sheikha Al Mayassa has played a leading role in the fields of culture, education, and outreach, spearheading and supporting various local and international organizations. Under her aegis, the Qatar Museums Authority recently opened the widely acclaimed Museum of Islamic Art. Her goals are to create bridges between the past and present, East and West. H. E. Sheikha Al Mayassa is also chairperson of Reach Out To Asia (ROTA). She conceived and initiated the Doha Tribeca Film Festival.

اضطلعت سعادة الشيخة المياسة بدور قيادي في ميادين الثقافة والتعليم والتواصل الإجتماعي كما قدمت الدعم للعديد من المنظمات المحلية والدولية. وقد قامت هيئة متاحف قطر، تحت رعايتها الكريمة, بافتتاح متحف الفن الإسلامي. ومن أهدافها بناء الجسور بين الماضي والحاضر، وبين الشرق والغرب. تتولى سعادة الشيخة المياسة أيضا رئاسة مجلس إدارة "أيادي الخير نحو آسيا" كما كانت صاحبة فكرة إقامة مهرجان الدوحة ترايبيكا السينمائي ومؤسسته.

Amanda Palmer

Executive Director, Doha Tribeca Film Festival

Palmer spearheaded the partnership between Doha and New York's Tribeca Film Festival in 2006, and now serves as Executive Director and Programmer of the Doha Tribeca Film Festival. She joins DTFF from AlJazeera English, where she is Head of Entertainment. Her award-nominated travel series, “48,” and her acclaimed international film program, “The Fabulous Picture Show,” have earned her recognition for her unwavering support of international and independent filmmaking. Palmer previously worked for Australia's Channel Seven network, as well as CNN and Associated Press TV. She serves on Qatar’s National Film Committee.

تتولى بالمر إدارة الدورة الأولى لمهرجانالدوحة ترايبكا السينمائي الذي انتقلت إليه من قناة الجزيرة الإنجليزيةحيث كانت تشغل منصب رئيس قسم الترفيه. وقد حققت نجاحا كبيرا وذاع صيتهابفضل سلسلة برامجها الخاصة بالسفر بعنوان "48"، وبرنامج أفلامها الدوليةبعنوان "The Fabulous Picture Show" وجعلاها تشتهر بدعمها المتواصل لصانعيالأفلام الدوليين والمستقلين. عملت بالمر في السابق لحساب شبكة القناةالسابعة الأسترالية وقناة سي أن أن وتلفزيون أسوشياتد براس. كما أنهاتشارك في عضوية اللجنة القطرية الوطنية للأفلام.

Scandar Copti

DTFF Community Outreach & Film Programmer

Copti is an Oscar-nominated Palestinian filmmaker born and raised in Jaffa, and is responsible for leading DTFF local community programs. In 2009, his first full-length feature film "Ajami" won the Camera d'Or Special Mention at the Cannes Film Festival and the Wolgin Award for Best Full-Length Feature Film at the Jerusalem Film Festival. His film is also nominated for the 82nd Academy Awards in the Best Foreign Film category. Formerly a mechanical engineer, he has also written, directed and edited several fiction, documentary and experimental short films. Copti is part of the team that helped launch the Doha Tribeca Film Festival; he serves on the film programming team as well as heading community outreach, where he works to uncover local and regional film talent.

اسكندر قبطيمبرمج التوعية الاجتماعية لمهرجان ترايبيكا السينمائي في الدوحة
هو مخرج فلسطيني ولد ونشأ في يافا، مسؤول عن وضع برامج المجتمع المحلي لـDTFF. حصل على جائزة الكاميرا الذهبية لمهرجان كان عام 2009 عن فيلمه الروائي الطويل الأول "عجمي"، وجائزة "ولجن" لأفضل فيلم طويل في مهرجان القدس السينمائي. قبطي كان مهندس ميكانيكي ، كما كتب وأخرج وحرر العديد من الأفلام الخيالية والوثائقية التجريبية القصيرة.

De Niro is a two-time Oscar® award winning actor, film producer and director. In addition to his prolific film career, he is the co-founder of Tribeca Productions, the Tribeca Film Festival and Tribeca Film Institute as well as a restaurateur and hotelier.

روبرت دي نيرومؤسس- مشارك في مهرجان ترايبيكا السينمائي

دي نيرو ممثل معروف حاز على جائزتي أوسكار كما أنه منتج ومخرج أفلام. ساهم - إلى جانب عمله الدؤوب في مجال الأفلام – في تأسيس شركة ترايبكا للإنتاج، ومهرجان ترايبكا السينمائي ومعهد ترايبكا للأفلام كما عمل في مجال الضيافة والمطاعم.

Jane Rosenthal

Co-Founder, Tribeca Film Festival

In 1988, Rosenthal co-founded Tribeca Productions and the Tribeca Film Center with Robert De Niro. She has distinguished herself as a leading film producer with a roster of both critically and commercially acclaimed films. In 2002, De Niro, Rosenthal and her husband Craig Hatkoff created the Tribeca Film Festival in order to foster the revitalization of downtown New York City. They also created the Tribeca Film Institute to provide financial and networking resources to filmmakers and youth.

شاركت روزينثال في العام 1988 في تأسيس شركة ترايبكا للإنتاج ومركز ترايبكا للأفلام بمعية روبيرت دي نيرو. وقد برزت بشكل خاص كمنتجة أفلام بفضل ما قدمته من مجموعة الأفلام التي حازت على شهرة كبيرة بين النقاد وعلى المستوى التجاري. وفي العام 2002، قام دي نيرو وروزينثال وزوجها كريج هاتكوف بإقامة مهرجان ترايبكا للافلام بغية تعزيز عملية إعادة إحياء مركز مدينة نيويورك. وقاموا أيضا بإنشاء مركز ترايبكا للافلام بغية توفير الموارد المالية والعلاقات لصانعي الأفلام والشباب.

Craig Hatkoff

Hatkoff created the Tribeca Film Festival with his wife, Jane Rosenthal, and Robert De Niro. أسّس هاتكوف مهرجان ترايبكا السينمائي بمشاركة زوجته وجاين روزينثال وروبيرت دي نيرو. وهو أيضا كاتب شهير لروايات الأطفال إذ له في رصيده التأليفي كتبا طبعت في 15 لغة كما شغل منصب مدير شركتين مدرجتان في سوق نيويورك المالية.

Geoffrey Gilmore

Chief Creative Officer/Board Member, Tribeca Enterprises

Gilmore is responsible for leading Tribeca’s creative development initiatives and expansion of the brand. He came to Tribeca after serving as Director of the Sundance Film Festival, where since 1990 he was responsible for film selection and programming. Gilmore was also a consultant for the Sundance Channel and Sundance Cinemas and served as head of the UCLA Film & Television Archive's programming. He taught a course on independent production in the UCLA Department of Film and Television and has lectured in Paris, Germany, Japan, and China.

جيفري جيلمورالرئيس الموظف الإبداعي / عضو مجلس إدارة مؤسسة تريبكا

اضطلع جيلمور بدور قيادي في إطلاق مبادرات تنموية إبداعية لترايبكا إنتربرايزيس وتوسيع مجالاتها. وقد انتقل إلى ترايبكا من مركز ساندانس حيث عمل مديرا لمهرجان ساندانس للأفلام وكان مسؤولا عن اختيار الأفلام ووضع البرامج ابتداء من العام 1990. وكان جيلمور أيضا يتولى تقديم الإستشارة لقناة ساندانس ودور سينما ساندانس، وتولى رئاسة برمجة أرشيف أفلام وتلفزيون جامعة كاليفورنيا لوس أنجلس. درّس جيفري مقرر الإنتاج المستقل في قسم الأفلام والتلفزيون في الجامعة وحاضر في كل من باريس وألمانيا واليابان والصين.

Maggie Kim

Managing Director, Tribeca Film Festival

An original member of the Tribeca team since 2002, Kim serves as the managing director for the New York Tribeca Film Festival where she is also shorts programmer. Since May 2009 Maggie has been working on the ground in Doha, Qatar as Managing Director of DTFF to support the festival. Prior to joining Tribeca, Maggie completed her law degree in New York City.

ماغي كيمالمديرة الإدارية لمهرجان ترايبيكا السينمائي

تشارك ماجي في عضوية فريق عمل ترايبكا منذ العام 2002 وتشغل منصب المدير العام لمهرجان نيويورك ترايبكا السينمائي حيث تضع برامج الأفلام القصيرة. وتعمل ماجي منذ شهر مايو 2009 في الدوحة بقطر بمنصب مدير مهرجان الدوحة ترايبيكا السينمائي بغية دعم الدورة الإفتتاحية. أنهت ماجي – قبل انضمامها لترايبكا – شهادة القانون في مدينة نيويورك.
